Massabesic United Soccer Club is pleased to announce Challenger British Soccer Camp to be held at Massebesic High School East Field, July 28 - August 1, 2008.

By registering a player for our club, parents/guardians have agreed to abide by our club's rules and regulations which includes our Code of Conduct for Parents/Spectators (18 KB) and Soccer Maine's Zero Tolerance Policy (97 KB).

Volunteers are needed to serve as coaches, referees, work at the concession stand, perform field maintenance, and to serve as board members.
Volunteers must complete an online Volunteer Form every year which authorizes MUSC to conduct a background check. In addition, volunteers must agree to the Code of Ethics included with the Volunteer Form.
Registration for Fall 2008 is CLOSED
$10 discount for using online registration for each player.

Players from ANY eligible town 1st & 2nd grade, 3rd & 4th grade, and 5th & 6th grade.

Recreation practices will start in mid-August. Games will continue through mid-October. Typically, Kindergarten and 1st & 2nd grade teams play Saturday mornings at Bunganut Sports Complex in Lyman. 3rd & 4th grade teams play Saturday afternoons at Bunganut Sports Complex in Lyman. 5th & 6th grade teams play Friday and/or Saturday nights at Massabesic Lions Club field in Waterboro.
Travel teams offer advanced players opportunities to compete against other advanced players throughout Southern Maine. In addition, U12 and above travel coaches are required to complete a 16 hour E Coaching License course. U11 and below travel coaches are required to complete a 4 hour Youth Coaching Module. Both of these courses are administered by the state soccer organization, Soccer Maine.
Travel players are placed on teams based on tryouts. Tryouts will be held in June; dates and times will be announced at registration.
Travel practices may start in July. Games will continue through mid-October. Typically, teams will play two games each Sunday afternoon at locations throughout the Greater York County area. Also, teams may compete in one or more tournaments. Teams may qualify for an end of season championship tournament that extends into late-October or early-November.
Players must attend at least one of the tryout sessions for the age level they want to play. Players may attend both sessions. If a player attends both, evaluations will be made based on the player's best performance.
